User Accounts

Certain features of the Site or softwares affiliates may require you to create an account and some of them require a 65% of the cost via bank deposit and it's not refundable. You acknowledge that you’re 18 years or older. When creating an account or sharing informations about a project, ideas or plans, you must provide accurate and complete information and you acknowledge that you're bounded by them. If any refund were to be requested and we would agreed, it can take at least 6 months to get processed from the day of the acceptance. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Accounts with no transaction in the last 30 days will be deleted.

Content

The Site may contain content that is owned by or licensed to us. This content includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics of the Site. DS Group Systems LLC reserves any right to monetize those contents by any legal means we see fit. In some cases, you may not use those contents without our express written permission.

Intellectual Property

We own all intellectual property rights in the Site, including but not limited to the copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. You agree not to infringe on our intellectual property rights.

If you submit feedback to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such feedback in any media.

Any software or similar production created by DS Group Systems LLC will have watermarks, logo and links referring to our website.

Software /Project development

During the course of any project, if the client or his representatives changes or adds to the scope of work, or proposes or discusses new terms or conditions, as provider and project manager, the client automatically concede us the right (and we may use it at our sole discretion) to suspend the works and renegotiate the terms and conditions of the Agreements.

As technology developers, we will deliver the project to you via the server or method of your choosing. You will have a 30-day period to retrieve the completed project.

Following this 30-day period, we will no longer be responsible for the safekeeping or availability of the project deliverables. We reserve the right to utilize or license the intellectual property embodied in the project to other clients without further obligation or compensation to you.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site or any other softwares, services property of DS Group Systems LLC at any time for any reason. If we terminate your access, you will no longer be able to use the Site or those services.

Limitation of Liability

We are in the business of SAS’s and their distribution. We are not liable for any damages that you may suffer as a result of using the Site or affiliated technologies and softwares. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. You are responsible for your own legal coverage and defense in any case of misuse, hack, leak of our technologies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, Broward County. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida, Broward County.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modified Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site our any of our services, softwares, after the modifications have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
